Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 Form filled

I created a form-filled document and am having issues where the typing starts.  Currently, it is in the middle of the text box and I want it to be in the top left corner.  Is the issue because the box is too large?  I am talking about the last text box on the attached document.  Thank you
