Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 interface (design/layout)

I have worked for years using Adobe Pro X and became somewhat proficient with the program.  Several months ago I updated to Pro 2017.  However, I was very disappointed to see the new 2017 program has a completely different interface (design/layout).  This will require a new learning curve to re-learn how to do the same things that had become simple.

Question: Is there some way to use Pro 2017 with the old Pro X interface.  Or, am I stuck with the new interface?

Complaining on these forums isn't going to get you anywhere. I am horrified at the new interface. It used to be that I navigated a few menus and got what I needed. Now I have to figure out which "tool" to bring up, bring up the tool, then find the menu item (by icon, because little is labeled), and hope I guessed right. What a pain in the backside!

I would wish that Adobe would bring back the traditional interface as at least an option. This new "intuitive" <eyeroll> interface is so bad I am already looking at alternatives.
