Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 License has expired

Hi,

Good Days

We have purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 permanent license, and we have used it for one and a half year. However, we found that the license is expired this 2 days. Just want to know how can we check our license's status or how can we fix the problem

If its a license (perpetual product, not subscription) then there's no expiry for that.

We have looked into you current Adobe account. but couldn't find any license registered under it. You might have got your serial number registered under some other account.

As asked, please share the screenshot of the license message that you get while using Acrobat.

Check whether you have got the correct version (Acrobat 2017 not Acrobat DC) installed. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017, Acrobat Standard 2017 System Requirements  and serial number entered for activation. Find your serial number

if that doesn't help you resolve the issue, attach a screenshot of the license message (if it's in english) or quote the message (if it's not english).
