Is Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 Student and Teacher Edition (not the DC version) a perpetual license or an annual license? I've seen info on the Adobe website that says it's perpetual (only pay once) and I've seen info that says it's annual (pay every year). Please help clear this up for me.

2017 -should be- perpetual and DC should be subscription. If you can point out if in the web saying 2017 is subscription maybe we can clear it up.

@MVP - Thank you. I've found conflicting information on Adobe's website, but I'm of the opinion now that 2017 is perpetual and DC is annual. I don't use Acrobat enough to justify an annual license but when I need it, I need it. As I was doing additional research last night, I found what looks like a printed Adobe flyer identifying the difference between perpetual and annual license versions. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but with all the people I've run into who are confused (like me), it would behoove Adobe to attempt to make the licensing differences much clearer and obvious. Again, thank you for your reply.
