Adobe Acrobat Pro 202 Sign In Blank

Hi, I just updated my Mac to Sonoma 14.2.1 and can't sign in to Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020.  The screen just stays blank.  I found one fix that required me to add something via Terminal which did not work and/or to delete the OOBE folder which also did not work.

Any ideas?
