Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020

We have one Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 boxset which was registered with an Adobe ID but it recently unregistered by itself from that Adobe ID. We have tried to re-register the product back to that Adobe ID but in vain.

Could you please advise how we can solve the problem? Thanks.
