Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Dual-Monitor Mac Problem

Hi, 

 

I have a problem with Acrobat Pro 2020 on my macbook when I'm using it with an extended monitor.  When the HDMI cable is a bit loose or my mac goes into sleep mode Adobe crashes. I cannot find the window anymore and have to close the entire app and reopen it again. This problem occurs only on the second monitor. Is there a solution for that?

And in the meantime, please help us with the following: 

- OS version number.

- Acrobat version number.

- Crash logs

 

Once this information is available, we can dive deeper into potential solutions or escalate the issue accordingly.
