Hi,

I've bought on License for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Mac, from a local seller and I've received an electronical Activation Key, from https://www.activate-here.com/

I've downloaded the product and filled the activation key in the instalation start. Then there was a window where the serial number was presented to me, but I did not pay attention and did not take note of the serial number, and now I'm in the installation of the Acrobat pro I can not go on if I don't enter the serial number.

I already tryied to repeat all the steps but now the activation key is not working anymore and I'm not able to see the generated serial number.

How can I solve this and recover my serial number?

Regards

LV

This does not look like a legitimate way of activating your product. You're probably breaking the EULA by using it.

If you have a legitimate version of Acrobat 2020 then you should be able to activate it automatically online via Adobe.
If you can't do that, contact them for help. Do not use dubious third-party websites!

It is not the customer's fault if Adobe isn't easy to install on the customer's commonly sold machine - Adobe presents itself as a standard. If Adobe forces a customer to go to third party sites in order to make Adobe software install, Adobe hasn't a leg to stand on - no matter how much boilerplate they put on the agreement.  That was settled in the Microsoft kernel-capture lawsuit, a case wisely settled by MS to keep Microsoft OS company from looking at fraud and unfair practices charges in a product that had become a standard.
