Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Non-Subscription Serial Number No Longer Working

Hello,Last year I purchased a lifetime license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, which has been working properly until recently. After attempting to use the premium features recently, I get the message that these features are not included with my current license. I attempted to uninstall/reinstall the application with my serial number, but am receiving the message "This serial number is invalid", even though I'm taking the serial number from my list of products on Adobe's official website. Has anyone else had any experience with this issue? Thanks,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to use the application and getting the error 'Invalid serial number'

Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/invalid-revoked-serial-numbers.html and see if that works for you.
