Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Perpetual License Problem

Question

I'm having problems activating Acrobat 2020 using a perpetual license.

While installing, it asks for the product key which I type without a problem, but after finishing installation it is required to login with Adobe ID, and the license won't get recognized unless the session stays opened.

Is there any way to get Acrobat working without an Adobe ID using a perpetual license?

As you are trying to activate Acrobat 2020, please ensure that you have downloaded the correct installer.

You may install Acrobat 2020 from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html.

We have checked your account using the email address to sign in here on the community page. We do not see any license or subscription listed there.

Ensure that you are using the correct serial number while activating the license. Please refer to the information provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/student-teacher-serial-product-code.html.
