Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed (24.005.20421 – Optional update, Feb 24, 2025). To check for updates, go to Menu > Help > Check for Updates, install any available updates, restart the app and your machine, and try again.

If the issue persists, please collect the fresh logs, and share them with us for further investigation.
