Hi,

I have a client who's laptop broke and have installed Adobe Acrobat 7 on their laptop. When entering the serial no, or trying to activate online, im unable to, stating it has failed.

New laptop has windows 10, previous laptop had windows 7.

Thanks

The activation servers for Acrobat 7 and 8 are closed down. At one time there was replacement software, but it is believed this is also closed down. (However, you might be able to persuade Adobe to release it to your client; we cannot speak for Adobe).

Furthermore, Acrobat 7 is not at all compatible with any version of Windows beyond Windows XP 32-bit.
