Adobe acrobat pro Conversion

HI All

I am in need of some help please i have a user at the office that is trying to convert files but gets the following error.

It seems to be isolated to when he is in the office so i am guessing it could be firewall ports that need to be opened but i could be wrong.

The  User works on a Apple Mac that connects to our BYOD WiFi.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of conversion?

    Hello Ianh,

    As per the description above, one of the users is not able to convert PDF files as getting conversion failure error due to network or no valid membership, Is that correct?

    Please refer and try the troubleshooting steps from the following KB doc Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841
