Adobe Acrobat Pro converts garbled text in word from Arabic PDF

Question

I tried to convert an Arabic PDF from Adobe Acrobat Pro to Microsoft Word but the Arabic text is converted garbled, I even tried to copy-paste the text from PDF to word and it is garbled too. Did anyone solve that problem?

I am subscribed to Creative Account All Apps, so I have the latest version

Unfortunately, Khaled, Acrobat fails to export Arabic content properly to MS Office as you experienced already. You will get much better results if you have a Windows machine, not Mac, and have Microsoft Office 2016 or newer, open the PDF straight in Word, and let MS. Office do the conversion.

As for Acrobat Pro, you may want to add your voice to the voting page so the Acrobat team will pay more attention to this issue.
