Adobe Acrobat Pro Crashe Shorty After Startup

Hello All,

My version of Adobe Acrobat Pro has suddenly started to crash shortly after start up.

The program will start but crashes after it automatically logs me in.  I am thinking it is a license issue but I have double checked my subscription, uninstalled all of the Adobe apps with the clean up tool and reinstalled directly from my account page with no luck.  

Please let me know how I can attach the .DMP file.  I tried but it says it is not a supported file format.

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble you had with the app.

 

If you have the Acrobat app, please remove it completely using the Acrobat Cleaner tool. Restart the machine once. Ensure that the OS is updated with the latest build. Create a test user profile with full admin rights, install Acrobat, and check the performance and see if it still crashes. 

 

If the issue continues, please provide the following information: the current version of the operating system on your device and the logs from the affected machine. To collect the logs, please refer to this article on collecting all logs from the affected machine: Adobe Acrobat Diagnostics. Please share the log ID with us for further investigation.
