Adobe acrobat pro DC 내부 오류에 관한 질문(Adobe acrobat pro DC Internal Error Questions)

Adobe acrobat pro DC를 기업형 엔터프라이즈로 사용하고 있습니다.

2주정도 문제없이 사용하다가 갑자기 PDF파일이 꺼진다거나 인쇄를 할 수 없다거나, 기타 기능 사용 중 '내부 오류가 발생했습니다'라는 경고창이 뜨기 시작해 정상적인 파일 운용이 불가한 상황입니다.

조치 사항으로

   - 컴퓨터 재부팅

   - Adobe acrobat pro DC 삭제 후 재설치

   - 업데이트 확인

등 웹상의 모든 트러블 슈팅을 전개해봤지만 호전되지 않고 있습니다.

Adobe acrobat pro DC 외의 PDF 운용 S/W인 Edge나 Adobe acrobat DC Reader 사용시는 전혀 이상이 없습니다.

유료 S/W가 무료배포판보다 호환성이 떨어지는 것에 대해 유감이며 답변 부탁드립니다.

Hello.

I'm using Adobe acrobat pro DC as an enterprise enterprise.

After using it for about two weeks without any problems, the PDF files suddenly turn off, cannot print, or a warning window "An internal error has occurred" appear while using any other functions(just like searching or making a comment!!), making it impossible to operate the file normally.

as a matter of action

   - Reboot the computer
   - Delete Adobe acrobat pro DC file in my computer and reinstall
   - Check for updates

I've tried all the troubleshooting on the web, but it hasn't improved.

There is nothing wrong with using PDF operating S/W Edge or Adobe acrobat DC Reader.

I'm really sorry that the paid SW is less compatible than the free distribution board, and please reply.
