Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I have a paid installation disc. I have all serial numbers. But it won't let me reinstall it on my Windows 10.

It has been 2 years since I used it but I want to use it now. I am not a skilled computer person so I need extra help.

Please help!

Acrobat DC doesn't require a serial number. What exactly did you purchase?
