Tengo un problema que todos los formularios en pdf que descargo me salen protegidos, esto antes no me pasaban. Y solo me deja rellenarlos pero no firmarlos digitalmente porque estan protegidos.

Tengo un problema que todos los formularios en pdf que descargo están protegidos, esto no me pasaba antes. Y solo me deja llenarlos pero no firmarlos digitalmente porque están protegidos.

There's no digital signature field in this file. I don't think you need to sign it, beyond filling in your name.

The digital signature happens when you submit the form through the Spanish government's system, assuming you have an FNMT-issued digital certificate.

Tienes razón en casi todo, primero si tengo un certificado emitido por FNMT para poder hacer tramites de en organismos publicos. Y segundo, aunque no haya campo que requiera la firma digital tu puedes firmar cualquier pdf si tienes dichos certificados. El problema radica en que las especificaciones del archivo dice que se si puede firmar este no lo permite.

I recommend contacting the governmental agency that produced this document and asking what kind of signature they expect on it, exactly, when submitting it digitally.

The document you posted has had security applied to it by the owner (I assume) of the document, unless you have the rights to remove that you will not be able change the document
