Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - Bate Stamping not responsive

Question

Hello,I just installed Acrobat Pro DC and for some apparent reason when I attempt to bate stamp an 800 page pdf file, it is not responsive.  I reinstalled the program and attempted it the second time, and I can see the bate stamp progress bar moving along for each page and about 300 pages, it stopped, and an error indicating this program has become unresponsive and the only thing to do is shut the program down.  The program is installed on a Windows 7 Pro i7-6700 3.40Ghz, 8 GB machine.  The interesting fact is I just got this machine replaced from my older one, which is a Windows 7 Pro i3-4160 3.60GHz 4 GB machine and I didn't have problems bate stamping using the older machine. Hi Theresab,Sorry to hear about the trouble.As shared above, the bate stamping becomes unresponsive after certain pages. So we would like to confirm few things to understand the issue clearly-1- Does it happen with multiple files with multiple pages you are performing bate stamping? Or is it with specific pdf?check with a smaller file, and see if that's causing the same issue?2- Did you transfer the application to the new machine from old computer or its a fresh installation on new computer? If you have transferred the application from old machine to new then that might cause problem in functioning. 3- You may try repairing installation, Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation.4- If nothing works then you may run cleaner tool and uninstall the application completely Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reinstall.Regards,Akanchha
