Same problem as described.  I've tried the repair. I've checked for updates.  Adobe Acrobat Pro DC opens for a few seconds and then simply closes. I'm on Windows 10.  I've had this software since mid January and have not been able to use it at all.  I try to Sign In/ Sign Out and it gives me the message - Initializing Registration...Please try after a minute.  I try after a minute but it gives the same message and then closes.  I've tried the Run ... acrodist.  It tells me that "Your request could not be completed.  Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated."  I can't tell if that is for the Acrobat Pro DC or an older version of Acrobat Pro that I have had installed for years.   Either way re-installing, repairing and checking for updates - none of it works.  Please research and get a fix.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. OS 10.13.3 but it started on 10.13.1 and keeps getting worse.  As of today when I leave the window and return the contact has vanished leaving only the ribbon at the top. Once you go full screen and back it all reappears.

I don't know how much longer I can use this program.

I had a full tech session and that did not help either.

My acrobat is working now and I don't know why since there was no update and I have not used my mac since Friday.

But I think it's worth sharing here so you can try to use it too.

I have exactly the same problem, Acrobat was working before the holidays and then I came back to work today and couldn't open a pdf without crashing the program. I uninstalled both CC and Acrobat and reinstalled both a number of times, nothing works, spent 2 hour on chat with a representative, no solution. Extremely frustrating as well. OS 10.13.1

Same issue here too. Acrobat crashes a few seconds after opened. It's updated as well. 10.11.6 El Capitan too.

I tried to uninstall and install again but it's crashing too. Code below.

Exit Code: 7

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DW003, DW006 ...

Exact same thing happening to me.  Was working earlier, now it won't open anything.  Uninstalled, reinstalled and got the errors above (DW006 and DW003) retried, and it reinstalled.  Now when I attempt to launch, it "blinks" for a millisecond in the dock (iMac running Sierra 10.12.6) and then fails to launch.

Very frustrating.

The same issues here.

I tried to open several PDFs. I even only started Acrobat DC and only checked for updates. It does not matter what I want to do after several seconds the curser changes to the cricling rainbow and then you can not do anything than a forced quit.

10.11.6 El Capitan here!

The problems started today it seems.

I am having the same problem.  Anytime I open a document from Document Cloud it will just randomly crash.  This is happening on two separate computers running 10.12.6 Mac OS Sierra...NOT High Sierra.  I have sent the crash logs probably 50 or more times and it comes back and says "Adobe does not have a fix for this"

I can't get any work done.  I have been on phone 2+ hours and Adobe logged on and did all sorts of stuff and can't fix it.

Sorry for the inconvenience..! Shared crash dump is not much helpful to debug the issue. Please share the steps to reproduce the crashes, that would be very helpful to resolve the issue.
