Adobe Acrobat Pro DC hanging on sign in

I have a new laptop operating with Windows 11. I have installed Acrobat X Standard, no problem. I then installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 upgrade, with no apparent issues. When launching the software it requests me to Sign In Now from a Sign In Required screen. It moves to Loading and sits there indefinately.

It doesn't get to the point where there is a QR code to scan. It hangs at the loading screen imedietly after clicking the first button. See image: https://imgur.com/a/ePLR8hO

Are you installing Acrobat Pro 2020? If not, what Acrobat version are you trying to install? Also, let us know the name and version of the operating system.
