Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is opening old versions of PDF files, Why?

I see this is an issue that is affecting many and I cannot find a solution. I have adobe acrobat Pro DC and as many users, I pay monthly but I am finding so many problems with this issue. I have spent hours breaking my head trying to figure out what's going on. To summarize, I creat a PDF file with a specif name, for Example: "Report247.pdf" it opens just fine without any problem. Then I did updates on my report and created the file and again and replaced the original file with the new one. It saves it but when I open it, it shows me the old version. WHY? I have spent hours trying to figure out what I did wrong. Then I opened the file with another PDF app (NOT ADOBE). The file is correct!!!! Why do I get this problem with ADOBE ACROBAT PRO DC? What is the solution? I tried checking for updated and I am already up to date and no solution. My Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is version 2022.002.20212  Please let me know what is going on and how to fix it.

How do you open the file? For example-

- start Acrobat, use Open from the File menu, go to the directory, choose the file

- find the document in File Explorer and double click it

- use the Recent Document list when you start Acrobat?

- something else?

Please be detailed, I think these details may matter very much.

In multiple ways. I create a PDF and open it. Then I make corrections and save the PDF. After closing it, I open it from either the folder or from the list of recent on adobe acrobat. Its the same old version.
