Adobe Acrobat Pro DC not responding

I have recently updated my MacOS to Monterey 12.2.1, when I open DC or try to open a document it does not respond, the coloured wheel just keeps spinning, I have uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail.

Hi Alfred,

 

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

 

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the application. Try removing the application and all adobe folders from the mac. Then run the cleaner tool once from here (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html#id1).

Then reboot the mac and install Acrobat from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html

 

You may refer to the following help page to check the latest version of Acrobat: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html

 

Let us know if the issue persists.
