Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Pop Up Error

Creating Accessible pdfs. If I try to add, move or even select a tag, I receive the message below. It requires me to click OK and I have to continue to click OK for five up to 10 times, before it will allow me to move on. This happens throughout the document. This wasn't happening with the previous version of Acrobat. I was able to add, move and select tags.
