Adobe Acrobat Pro DC showing PDF with gibberish characters

Hi there,

We are having an issue on two of our PCs where certain PDFs come through showing some characters in gibberish but the document is working fine on another PC.

It isn't the whole document but just certain parts

All PCs are using the same version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2021.001.20142) with the same settings and the same fonts installed

This can be resolved on the problem PCs by unticking "Use Local Fonts" option but needs to be ticked back on for some other documents that then have issues with this option.
Any help will be appreciated
