Adobe Acrobat Pro DC shows as requires subscription but I'm already subscribed

My Adobe Acrobat Pro DC says my subscription has expired but it hasn't. When I check my Adobe account, it says it is valid for another 2 months and it will autorenew then. How do I make it realise that I already have a subscription that is paid and up-to-date?

 

It was fine a couple of days agot and I can't get any response from the Adobe online chat support option.

Buenos días,

 

My adobe Acrobat Pro DC tiene el mismo problema. Yo tengo una subscripción pagada desde Junio de 2020 y me dice constantemente que debe renovarla y no me deja entrar en la misma.

 

He observado https://status.adobe.com/ , pero pone que es un problema en América, y yo estoy en España! Por favor, necesito que solucionen el problema lo antes posible. El programa es una herramienta de trabajo importante para nosotros.

I'm having the same problem this morning. I can open pdf's but not combine images into new ones
