Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2019.008.20081 Compare Issue

Question

We use a Customer Communication Management (CCM) Software named OpenText Exstream. We produce pdf output from this application.

Our QA group runs the pdf output compare capabilities using Adobe Pro.

However, since this last release all the pdf output from this system is being compared as a scanned image, instead of Letter communication content.

Hi Gabel,

This should not happen if the PDF is not a scanned PDF or image file that is converted to the PDF.

Could you please check if you can select text on the PDF when you open it on the Acrobat application?

Also, try once to recreate the PDF using the Acrobat PDF maker in Adobe Acrobat application.

For that, open the PDF in Acrobat and print to Adobe PDF.

Check if that helps.

If the steps provided above does not help, would it be possible to share any sample PDF with us?

We would like to replicate the same behavior on our end.
