Adobe Acrobat Pro DC wont install

Hi Lisap,

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. If the above steps were not able to fix the issue, then you may try to disable the security software installed temporarily and try to install Acrobat Pro DC.

If this does not help, then create a new Admin user profile (For windows) or enable the root account for Mac and try the installation.

As per the description above, you are not able to install the Acrobat Pro DC as the setup is rolling back, Is that correct?

Please use Adobe Cleaner tool (assuming you are using a Windows machine) to remove Acrobat from the machine completely Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Link: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Restart your computer and then install the Acrobat Pro DC from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
