Adobe Acrobat Pro default printing to greyscale

Hello,

I have a group of users that have recently gotten the latest version of Acrobat Pro. When they print from Acrobat, their documents always come out in Greyscale, even when greyscale is not selected. This only happens with Acrobat, all the printer settings are correct and set to print in color. My users have to click "Advanced" on the Adobe print prompt each time and change the color profile drop down menu away from Grey Gama to RGB. This is tedious as they work for a print shop.

Is there anyway this can default to RGB and then just have the greyscale check box be the determinate when needing b&w printing? Why is this happening.
