Adobe Acrobat Pro does not respond after opening a specific file. The file works on other machines.
Adobe Acrobat Pro does not respond after opening a specific file. It does not work on my machine. It does work on another machine at the office. So its not the file that has issues.
I already performed a clean install of Adobe Acrobat Pro by performing the following:
1.) Uninstalled the application from Adobe Creative Cloud.
2.) Rebooted machine.
3.) Deleted folders of Adobe Acrobat from the following folders:
- C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC
- C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Adobe PDF
- C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC
- C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC
4.) Reinstalled using Adobe Creative Cloud.
5.) Rebooted.
The file that has issues is a floor plan that was created using AutoCAD. Again the file works on other machines at the office that also has Adobe Acrobat Pro running.
I hope you guys can help me out with this issue. We are out of ideas.
