Adobe Acrobat Pro does not respond after opening a specific file. The file works on other machines.

Adobe Acrobat Pro does not respond after opening a specific file. It does not work on my machine. It does work on another machine at the office. So its not the file that has issues.

 

I already performed a clean install of Adobe Acrobat Pro by performing the following:

1.) Uninstalled the application from Adobe Creative Cloud.

2.) Rebooted machine.

3.) Deleted folders of Adobe Acrobat from the following folders:
     - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC

     - C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC

     - C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Adobe PDF

     - C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC

     - C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC

4.) Reinstalled using Adobe Creative Cloud.

5.) Rebooted.

 

The file that has issues is a floor plan that was created using AutoCAD. Again the file works on other machines at the office that also has Adobe Acrobat Pro running.

I hope you guys can help me out with this issue. We are out of ideas.

I would like to add that I logged in as another user on the machine where this issue is happening and this does not happen to that user.

Sorry for the delayed response. Is this issue still reproducible on your end? 

If so, is it possible for you to help us with more details? Also, are those files located locally on the machine or a network drive?
