Adobe Acrobat Pro - Esignature Request - Access Denied

Hello we have recently purchased and assigned an adobe acrobat pro license to [ Moderator: Personal Information removed]. When she is attempting to perform "request signature" for a document, she is receiving an "Access Denied" screen. Please advise. The license was not purchased under organization management account, it is just a stand alone license.
