Adobe Acrobat Pro- Form Field copy JavaScript

Hi!

 

I need help to create  a JavaScript code. I think. lol. I need to copy the info from each field in line 1 to the next line. Using the same field name doesn't work bc I don't use each line every time I complete a form.

This is awesome! I don't mind adding a button. My only issue is that fields starting with a zero are not copying over. Instead of 07, It's 7. How do I change that part? I attached a new copy showing what I'm referring to.

Looks like a question with the desktop version of Acrobat.
