Adobe Acrobat Pro - Inserting Video and 3d Media into pdf doc

Hi, I have Adobe Acrobat Pro and when i go to All Tools the Rich Media option comes up . I click on that and I can see Video and 3D media buttons but they dont anything when i click them. Im on a macbook.

If anyone can advise or help. Thanks heaps
