Adobe Acrobat Pro not listed to download? Only 'Acrobat'

Hello,

I have 3 users who are licensed with Acrobat Pro, but in creative cloud on their accounts I only see 'Acrobat' with a red icon. I've installed this but it says its Adobe Reader and I can't find tools like Combine PDF which is why we are paying for Pro. 

What am I doing wrong? or is 'Acrobat' the new name for Adobe Acrobat Pro? Very confused here.

Have tried uninstalling, signing back into CC but no difference, always just Acrobat. IF I remove the license from the user 'Acrobat' goes, if I assign it back Acrobat comes back but it's never the pro version which is what the license is for.
