In a situation like this, the user has to check the following:
- The user uses the same email ID used at the time of purchasing the subscription.
- Try signing out from the app and signing back in
- Close the app and relaunch it.
- Windows users: Search Distiller, launch it, and leave it open for a moment; if you aren't signed in properly, it will prompt you to sign in again.
All the above-mentioned suggestions will help if you have an active subscription on your account.
