Adobe Acrobat Pro not working on remote server

I've purchased and assigned a acrobat pro license to a user. She can edit PDF's on her local desktop, but not her remote desktop for work. It prompts her to subscribe and upgrade her plan.

++ in addition to what is already suggested above.

On the remote desktop, if it is asked to subscribe and upgrade the plan, there's most likely a chance that the user has installed the Acrobat Reader (freeware) desktop application, not Acrobat Pro. They both look identical.

If it is pro, then make sure the correct email address is used to sign in to the application.

Thanks,

This sounds like a profile matter. Ask her to verify which profile she is using to sign in the desktop.  See attached doc.
