Question

Adobe Acrobat Pro on new device

Hello!

I bought a new laptop and migrated all the data from the old one to the new one.

Unfortunately my Adobe Acrobat Pro Application is not compatible with the current MacOs version. I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro a long time ago; back then, subscription pricing models didn’t exist yet, so I can`t simply download it.

Can somebody help me out?

I don't see the point of buying the product again if I already have it.

Thanks and best wishes.

Hi @Anna_Kae

Could you please confirm what version of Acrobat you had on your earlier machine and how you have activated it.

Also what the OS version you upgraded to

Regards

Ravi

Not sure how you're expecting us to help you. If your application is not compatible with the OS your options are:

- Get a computer with an older OS and run it there.

- Get a new version of the application. A subscription is better since it makes sure you always have a compatible version, which is especially important in the Mac-world, since many OS updates there are not backwards-compatible. On Windows you can usually run older applications on a new version (maybe with some issues), but not Mac computer it's not possible at all, many times.
