Hi @Terry23395095l1y3

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay.

Do you mean to say that when you launch Acrobat, it shows on touchpad as an opened app, or somehow like running in the background but the actual application doesn't launch.

If that is the case, then try this:

  • Restart your device
  • Launch Acrobat now
  • Remove the app and reinstall it.

Did it help?

Thanks,

Aknchha

When I open Acrobat, whatever I open shows up on the touchpad itself, not
the screen. For instance, I open up a drawing file, the file shows up on
my touchpad and my screen still shows my home screen.

@Terry23395095l1y3 ,

++Adding to the discussion you need to be specific about your hardware and software.

For example, the touchpad is the mouse pointing device on your laptop, not the computer screen of your laptop.

We need to know what brand and model is your laptop or notebook.

In addition, please also share in which operating system are you on, like for example, Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11.

And lastly, what type of connection is used for the external monitor screen?

Did you connected that monitor to your laptop with HDMI cable?

The problem that you are describing seems like it can be resolved with  monitor configuration settings.

They can be checked to see if the main screen (your laptop's primary display screen) is set to extend to the external monitor (the secondary display monitor) or to be mirrored to that secondary display.

Hi @Terry23395095l1y3 ,

Would you mind explaining in more details what is the software version that you are using?

Can you share a screenshot ?
