Adobe Acrobat Pro Software and Web both not working

I'm experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat on both the desktop and web versions. After uploading and editing a document, the files do not process for a long time and eventually crash. My machine has 16GB RAM, sufficient disk space, and a fast internet connection, so it's not a problem. All other applications are working fine.
I'm using:
Windows 11 and have downloaded the latest version of
Adobe Acrobat today (10th July 2024).
I've attempted to edit and e-sign using both the web and desktop clients,
but the expected result of smooth and fast editing and e-signing has failed,
resulting in crashes both times.
