Adobe Acrobat Pro Student & Teacher 2017 (Windows), Download Version won't launch.

I purchased this software this morning and it won't launch when I click on Setup.  I'm on my Surface Pro with Windows 10.  If this doesn't work, how do I get a refund, since it was a download purchase from Office Depot?

Not sure what the problem is, I hope someone has a suggestion. But I can tell you that refunds are always an issue to raise with the seller (here, Office Depot) not the maker (here, Adobe).

What exactly happens when you try to launch it?

It does nothing.  And then about 2 hours later I will receive a message that setup failed.
