Adobe Acrobat pro Unable to copy user-specific preferences

the application run on Windows 11 Pro,when open the preglight,it dispaly unable to copy the user-specific preferences.

    Not fixed. i have the same problem and there isn't a fix. even with a clean uninstall and reinstall does not work. maybe it's bounded to the user account

    Same problem, still not fixed in january 2025!
