Adobe Acrobat Pro: white box keeps appearing

I'm new to the community but have been using Adobe Acrobat  reader Pro for years. This box just keeps appearing I can not get rid of it. I have tried a couple of things. sign out and in and uninstall and reinstall no luck.

Please help.

    It looks like Acrobat Pro, not Acrobat Reader.

      My bad I ment Acrobat Pro but is there a way to fix the problem.
