Adobe Acrobat Reader 2019.021.20058 Protected mode problem with Windows 2012 R2

Hello,
       I am receiving an incompatibility error when I launch Adobe DC after installing DC Mar 2020 (20.006.20042).  There was a similar issue report for this under https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader/adobe-acrobat-reader-2019-021-20058-protected-mode-problem/td-p/10797546?page=1 , but the fix for this is not working on Windows 2012 R2.  I have tried to install 19.021.20058, and then deploy 19.021.20061, but the error remains.  I applied 20.006.20042 on top of 20061 and the error remains.  I tried to deploy just 20.006.20042 and the error pop up is encountered.  I am wondering if there is a new fix needed for windows 2012 R2
