Adobe acrobat reader 7 days trial installation

I requested a trial installation for 7 days but it seems that it doesn't work, it doesn't convert word to pdf

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free to download and install. Maybe you're referring to the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC which is free to try for 7 days.

Did you downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro DC trial from here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/free-trial-download.html

and followed all the instructions in that page?
