Adobe Acrobat Reader Crashing

We have an end user running Adobe Acrobat Reader 24.003.20112.  She said that at random intervals it will crash.  She had this problem before very frequently and we found replacing her pc with a Windows 10 system instead of 11 which seemed to help.  However, it's recently started having issues again.  Once last week and once this morning.  She said this morning she had approximately 15 documents open and it crashed closing them all.  Then last week it locked up and she couldn't close them and had to reboot.

System Specs:

OS:  Windows 10 Pro

RAM:  16 GB

CPU:  13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13500

Graphics:  Intel® UHD Graphics 770

Storage:  NVMe PM9B1 NVMe Samsung 512GB

Hi @John266861347byv,

Sorry for the delayed response and troubled experience.

Could you try updating your application to the latest version by going to Help > Check for Updates. And check if the issue persists.

If yes, please help us with the below information so that we can debug the issue on our end

  1.  Your OS version and App version
  2. Is the issue specific to a set of files? If yes, please share the files with us
  3.  If possible please share the Adobe Acrobat Diagnostics logs by following the steps at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html and make sure to check all the checkboxes as per the below screenshot
