Question

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Pro can't compare PDF files properly. Anyone else having the same problem?

Some co-workers tried to compare two seperate PDF files. The software failed to recognize the differences in the text, didn't even set a highligt on the signature on the other pdf file.
Please note that the other pdf file is a scanned document, the other one is not, but that shouldn't be a problem?

That would be a problem, yes.

You are in the forum lounge and not a product forum. If you are comparing documents, I will assume you mean they are using Acrobat Pro and not Acrobat Reader Pro and move this to the proper forum.

Oh, I didn't realise that this wasn't the right forum.
I'll move it. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

And yes, they're using Acrobat Pro.
