Adobe Acrobat Reader DC won't work!

Hello, 

I have just installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for my Macbook (version 10.11.6) and finished the installation. However, when i open the software and click on literally anything, the screen goes grey. I'm not able to use it at all. What should I do for it to start operating?

For troubleshooting purposes, disable  the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app or uninstall it completely.

 

Your best approach is to open the process viewer and observe which Adobe services are hogging your CPU; then you will be able to narrow down the issue.
