Adobe Acrobat Request Signature

Hi All,

I have a user that uses Adobe Acrobat daily after being setup recently and needs the function of requesting signature.

When viewing the tools on the dashboard of Adobe Acrobat we can see it available but we cannot find a way to add it into the quick tool or tool bar when in an open PDF.

This is on a PC running Windows 11, up to date along with Adobe up to date.

I have tried removing Acrobat and reinstalling, ensuring the language is correct on the system and still the same issue.

In Desktop version, we are offering 'Request E-sign' option in Quick Toolbar to particular cohort of users based on their irandom value, kindly share your irandom value

Hi @Tommy248737612uka,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

The Fill & Sign tool should already be pinned to the floating toolbar (the pen icon).

So, if the user clicks on it, it should show your user "Invite others to sign," clicking on which should launch the Request e-signatures window (screenshot attached)

Let me know if this is not what you see and we can get this investigated further.

Hi,

Yes this is the case for the online version but the desktop version does not have this option.

It looks as if it isn’t syncing correctly with the changes made on the web version.

Anything else we can try?
