Adobe Acrobat - Right Click - Convert Multiple Documents

I am in Windows 11 and others in my company in Windows 10

When we highlight multiple documents at once, then click CONVERT TO PDF - the documents go to the COMBINE page. We dont want to combine them, we want to CONVERT them in bulk to pdf.

It used to work and now it doesnt.

Hi michelle_0837,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

The feature is working fine on our end. Please confirm if this happens with all the users in the company or on some machines. Ensure that you have updated the application to the latest version. In Acrobat, fo to Menu > Help > Check for updates.

You may also refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4h5jKP1

If that does not help, please share the Acrobat and OS version on your machine.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi for some reason I have two context menu items that say "Convert to PDF". For some reason the menu option on the bottom works correctly when choosing to combine multiple documents. The menu option up top that says Convert to PDF doesnt work properly (and brings me to the combine files page) It is happening for all of our users and we are all on auto updated.
