Adobe Acrobat (scanned) signature

My firm is using Adobe Acrobat Standard & Adobe Acrobat Pro.  One of the users needs to know how to create a signature in Adobe Acrobat.  She wants to scan an image of her boss's signature and use that.  How do you do that?  Thank you so much for any assistance.
